Phone Bhoot: Katrina Kaif, Ishaan Khatter And Siddhant Chaturvedi’s Horror Comedy All Set To Hit Big Screens Next Year; Reveals Ritesh Sidhwani
Ritesh Sidhwani, who is producing the upcoming film Phone Bhoot, starring Katrina Kaif, Ishaan Khatter and Siddhant Chaturvedi, has shared an interesting update about the release of the horror-comedy.
Gurmmeet Singh’s forthcoming horror-comedy Phone Bhoot, starring Katrina Kaif, Siddhant Chaturvedi and Ishaan Khatter, is one of the most highly-awaited films owing to fresh pairing and quirky storyline. The movie has been in the news since its inception. The gripping posters and first look of the actors have already left fans and viewers excited. While everyone is curious to know about its release date, producer Ritesh Sidhwani has finally spilt the beans on the same.
While speaking with Bollywoodlife.com, Ritesh said, “Phone Bhoot is just finishing filming and it should be ready for release next year. This is where we are with the project.” To note, Phone Bhoot will mark Katrina, Ishaan and Siddhant first outing together. In an earlier interview with IANS, the Dhadak actor talked about his love for the horror-comedy genre and said, “As an audience, I love the horror-comedy genre because the plot gets twisted every now and then, which makes the film an interesting watch. If I look at it from a performer's point of view, so many shades of emotion are rolled into one character.”
On a related note, Bankrolled by Ritesh Sidhwani and Farhan Akhtar, Phone Bhoot is a story about three ghostbusters. Earlier, in July, Katrina, Siddhant, and Ishaan had treated fans with their first look from the movie on social media and said they are quite excited about the project.
